The Lagos State Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, CIPM had the honor of attending a factory visitation organized by the Alimosho Chapter of Lagos State Branch at Mouka Limited, Awosika, Ikeja, Lagos, on Thursday, August 24, 2023, as part of the strategic vision of the present executive team of the Chapter.
The visit afforded the attendees the opportunity to learn, explore, and network.
The team was led by the Branch Chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Anigbata, MCIPM, and members of the Alimosho Chapter Executive Committee under the leadership of Mrs. Funmilola Taiwo, ACIPM, and a few other members of the Chapter.
We are grateful to the Mouka team, led by the Head of Human Resources, Mrs. Ifeoma Okoruen, MCIPM, and the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition, Mrs. Debbie Daramola, ACIPM, who walked members through the sustaining strategies the company put in place in the present economic crunch.
The knowledge-sharing session led to a more detailed interactive session between the host and members of the Chapter.
